USS Constitution (March 2011)

The USS Constitution is the world's oldest commission warship afloat. Read about her history here.

(I had to join two photos together because I couldn't get the whole ship in one take.)

The sky looked threatening but it turned out to be a rather nice day. We went to the USS Constitution Museum after our tour of the ship. We found the history fascinating and found out about the origin of the line "to the shores of Tripoli" in the Marines' Hymm.
